bro my honda xr125 from 2012 could only get 90km/h. i ended up putting a smaller sproket on the back wheel then i got about 105km/h. all in all solid bike tho drove from vereeniging to pretoria (about 200km) with it a couple of times in my younger days. took me almost 4 hours to drive that distance tho.

I've done the Argus and many 100km rides around the Peninsula. Find myself putting heavier and heavier cogs on mine. Definitely need some foot retention for uphills Right now I'm riding 48/15, which isn't very practical for uphills, but the legs will catch up sooner or later

Ive been looking at an XR125/ XT125 as a commuter for work and back. I have a full licence and a 600cc sports bike but these are so good on fuel theyre worth using for work and back! My civic Type R guzzles too much fuel for my work commute and these run off fumes!

Great video, thanks! Your method is spot-on for tightening the chain (when there's too much play) but it's a bit more involved when needing to loosen a chain (that lacks sufficient play) as the wheel needs to be pulled back before the axel bolt is fastened again. Perhaps you can include that in a future video?

It’s an awesome bike, but it’s really corked. If you replace the stock carburetor or just up size the jetting, and grind down the internal welds on the header, the bike will have a lot more power.

And at the exhaust side of the cylinder there is a bottleneck at the german/EU Version its a 12mm washer that reduces the volume of exhaust fumes. A other downside is the minor aurflow of the cdi so it can overheat you can work around this problem with the tank of the 250ccm bike or replace the cdi directly into the airflow.

I got the same byke, actually it was my dad's byke; but when I got the license he gave it to me as a present, and it's true it's not the fastest byke in the world. It can't go faster than 100/110 km/h, but it's really fun to ride in it. My next goal will be having the full byke licence and buying a new Honda Africa Twin. Love it !!

I have never really noticed any latency. That been said I must admit I only really use them to listen to music and podcasts while I exercise. Im still enjoying these headphones immensely.

its 125 cc, what do you expext? my 70cc 2 stroke is faster. but its reliable and you save money for gas. its for commute or beginners, you can even ride "offroad" (not much)
