hey, if you are on campus I would recommend going to Cravings for Chinese food or Thai Fusion for Thai food they give pretty good portions and it tastes pretty authentic. There's a Vietnamese place about 30 minutes out named Kobe that's really good. If you want a burger you can go to Murphys Pub they have pretty good burgers and on Monday the burgers are half off (I don't know if this applies to the summer). For desert I would recommend Paris Super Crepes, it's a little pricy but the crepes and ice cream work really well together. Those are just some places that come to mind.
