No autotune. Only great notes and expert musicianship! Robert Lamm and James Pankow were guiding forces for Chicago in the 60s and 70s. But Terry Kath was the heart and Danny Seraphine the spirit. Not many drummers could rock and swing at the same time. Danny Seraphine, the late great Jeff Porcaro, and Vinny Colaiuta. That's about it. The 80s Chicago/Foster stuff was largely garbage. F*** playing to a click track. lol

The best snub Danny could give them back .. Danny still rocks with the best. Saw the band back in 69 at The Atlantic City Pop Fest & in 70-71 time frame at The Shady Grove Music Hall in MD. Thanks Danny & though i am not a drummer it was seeing Terry that made me stop fooling around from the late 60s to go & take 5 years of guitar lessons. Still play to this day. It is true it was Terry & Danny that really were the heart &soul of that band.
