Yes you can. Normally there is a space for keeping luggage in some local buses. Also driver helps them to put luggage.

You can use IC card. And there is an app where you can take the status / statement of entire use through that app. means you will found detailed transaction statement through which you will able to extract the similar amount statement through YEN.

yes, there is a rule for luggage. the size of the luggage should not exceed 65 cm, width should be less than or equal 55cm & depth 25 cm or less. (65cm x 55 cm x 25 cm). If your luggage exceed that size, that cannot be conveyed with you rather than you have to parcel well ahead before travel.

Please communicate with customer service. It would be wise to inform bank before departing towards any country. Also please check your dollar sealing amount. I have transacted. And from Masjid An Nabawi bus station is very nearby. 4/5 walking distance but train station, this is not nearby. you have to take bus to go there or you can use taxi.
