Absolutely devastating news! This company has been sticking it out before the actual action figure craze was even hinted. My opinion is they've been doing too much crap. The invincibles, black and white walking dead,may look good,but they're not what's wanted.😂❤

@jpsarri absolutely agreed. Wtf?! Are they trying to sell out the best franchises to strengthen one's they're thinking should do better. I just give invincibles as a example. But there's numerous ones I think they've made decisions to do that are just out of touch. And what is it with this ' conceptual agreement ' to limit the engineering??! This is a weird thing that steers collectors away from a lot of the lines. Reminds me of the Battlestar Galactica fiasco. The cylons are pieces of crap that fall apart when you touch them 👍😃😃😃❤️

Wow I so agree with the less is more thing it’s like the god Of war 1/3 by prime 1 coming it has 2 axes, 2 sets blades, 1 spear, 2 shields, that could’ve easily been toned down to 1 axe, 1 shield, 1 blades of choas, 1 shield. Also that base is freaking massive unnecessarily too. I am going to buy it but I can’t help but think how much less it’ll be with a more toned down base and swap outs. Let’s be honest most collectors are going to just choose their favorite and leave it like that and sometimes the part you want comes only in the deluxe.

@@extremegamercollector425 exactly. The more they add, the more expensive it gets. As much as I like options, having too many alternatives for display becomes impractical. Most people only choose one or two in a statue lifespan. Beyond that, it is just a waste of space and money. Getting rid of the unnecessary stuff is a saving easily passed on to the consumer.

God review. Logan is eh. Just very violent. Makes no sense. Morrison is overrated in general. Hate that run as well. Morrison X-MEN sucks. Not a fan of Kraven. Dark Knight art isbweird. Killing Jole is decent. Moore does go to far with pushing stuff. Civil War I liked. House of M was too short. Still affecting Marvel.. identify Criss was cool. Big mystery and miral stuff with heroes

Sorry to hear it. Some defend this company, but so far and since I posted this video, I haven’t seen anything to tell me they deserve that type of loyalty. There is a lot of explaining Figurama needs to do. Hopefully, this gets sorted and collectors as yourself get their pieces or their money. Plain and simple.

Honestly, the review videos confirm my decision not to get this. Never liked the base. But also not that crazy about the really soft sculpt portrait that frankly looks more like an inexpensive action figure than a statue.

I really don't understand the rehash of both Harley and Rogue. Not saying they won't sell, in either case, but very disappointing. Also, Rogue looks like a really lazy effort, at least Sideshow should have changed the costume.

Great breakdown JP! you add so much with your comic book knowledge and overall industry history. I'm intrigued by the Archangel but I'm expecting the XM Archangel to arrive any day now. The new Loki pf is probably a definite for me depending on price. Rogue for me depends on the portrait and overall flow of the statue. As for Everything else, it's all nice but nothing exciting. I was hoping for a comic-accurate Ironman pf but still a no-show from SS.

As far as Xmen goes, i thought an Iceman PF would’ve been the next obvious choice and/or definitely an Omega Red PF. Was wishing for a Clayface Maquette/PF or their own Two-Face PF. Also would have liked to see their COTD line or even Krampus painted. Appreciate your channel!

Yeah, Iceman and Omega Red are way overdue. Clayface would be an instant hit as well. It is hard to understand the thinking behind these releases sometimes. What gets approved and what gets cutout. The world will never know. 😅

Sideshow did great but PCS did better with variety, excitement and consistency. They had releases almost every week and tackle franchises no one else did. Also, they showed up to major conventions while Sideshow retracted to digital cons. In my opinion, PCS hard work paid off. Sideshow may have a larger share of the market, but PCS has the spunk. It was refreshing to watch.

There are many great Captain America runs, Brubaker being my favourite. Still, I have never been a big Captain America fan. I think that his greatest strength is also his greatest weakness. Namely, he really is an American hero from head to heels: he represents American values, American political viewpoints etc., and thus, he is not always very relatable for non-American readers. I have nothing against American culture or values, and for sure don't want to offend anyone, but being an European, he doesn't feel like my super hero, if you get what I mean.

Unfortunately I don’t have that one. When it came out (small batch by the way) I was working from home trying to build my business so I didn’t have much money to begin with. Then, the pandemic hit and it became super rare to find. I wasn’t willing to pay over $300 for it. Now, I am waiting on a re-release. DC re-released the first volume this year so I’m sure the next two are coming next. I will do my review then so stay tuned.

Thank you for the video JP! I am a fan of both companies. I was able to PO the JND Guts as this is IMO the perfect rendition of one of my favorite characters. I do not plan to go all on the line as this will be enough for me. I am waiting to see more of this Real Elite by Prime 1 as I was not too impressed by the upcoming God of War but kudos to those who will be getting it. Finally, I think the thing to mention is the approach to caring for the statues or products once they arrive as these are not cheap.

Absolutely. Caring for these collectibles is key. Silicone is a beautiful lifelike material but it requires an extra level of care. Polystone is more forgiven but also requires care. Unfortunately, many collectors don’t understand this simple rule. It can make or break your collection. By the way; kudos on Guts! He looks amazing!!!
