Early Dec. 1993 my son was born and while holding him in my arms when we returned from the hospital I learned about Frank's death. I never advertised the fact that I was a Zappa fan in the 80's cuz so many people just saw him as weird. Turns out I have good taste. lol Just listen to how involved this music is. F-in brilliant music. My son has an SG [plays guitar] and enjoys Frank also. 31 yrs ago we lost Frank RIP

Waking up Xmas eve morning 1975 after partying at The Ranch in Muenster the night before, Mr. Rogers was on the Bo and Jim Show asking a black dude if he could say Egg McMuffin. “Uh…yeah, man…eh mufmummin…ehya mehfumon…”. So funny.

I think the version in October, 1974 is better. The version in the Grateful Dead movie. The dead without Mickey Hart is better. I never understood why he was ever in the band.
