DANG!!!!! Those things are fast!! I used to race a 125cc two stroke at Grattan in the mid 90's and only the fastest bikes with the fastest riders could get down to a 1:20 (e.g. 250cc GP two stroke, built liter bikes etc.). I was tickled when I cracked 1:28's!!!

Bit of unfortunality with a couple of bingles to slow you up. You would have won this race.

I thought you had a good run into that turn prior to the incident. Must be very difficult to be aware of other karts when running so close and visibility to the sides so restricted.

As the driver who was right behind you Jared, I can tell you that coolant was spewing out of the radiator. You'll see it in my video later

No kidding that was eventful alright. It did sound like the motor was detonating right before it locked up.... sometimes hard to tell from camera audio. Did you catch the temp going up as you drove?
