Salim is such cool dude!! I never knew him really well but we did cross paths like 4 times in 90’s We were label mates on Dragon Street with Moon Festival as I was in a band called the Bat Mastersons , I interned at Planet Dallas summer of 91 when Moon Festival recorded their first album . I was later a guitar player in a band called Buck Jones and we did some shows with the revised “Kinks inspired “ version of Moon Festival and around 2000 we worked together at CD World .. rock on Salim !!! This is Tommy !!! I THINK you would remember me!!! Haha

An amazingly interesting interview for Genesis fans like me, who are really into the production and engineering aspects.. I’ve gotten to know Dave over the last year, and he’s an incredible talent and source of info about all things Genesis.. thanks so much for doing this in-depth interview, a great preview of the ambitious Lamb tribute project which I’m really looking forward to

Glad you enjoyed it! Now it's time to get the word out to everyone and make this successful for Dave. If inclined, please share the video. We appreciate you watching. Thank you!

Thank you for this wonderful interview. What a lovely, accomplished yet humble man Jim is. I was lucky enough to see the dels last month in Norwich and was completely blown away. What a gig - with one of the (many) highlights being how Jim was beaming at the rousing reception they rightly received. It was a privilege to see such talented musicians all having a ball doing what they love (and the songwriting genius that is Justin Currie - who has done some magnificent solo work too). Long may Jim and the dels continue to share their intelligent, moving and all-round awesome music with us all - whatever form that takes, we'll be there :)

There is NO weak song on The Apocalypse Dream. Just saw Kate a few nights ago here in NYC and she's right - she really sounds like no one else and yet every song on the album feels familiar and accessible without being at all derivative. I chalk this up to a songwriter who, musically and lyrically is tapped into their emotions and thoughts that might be personal but are also so universal. They sound both fresh and new and like they were songs I listened to (and loved) as a teenager. And Giuliano is a hell of a lead guitar player.
