Does work-life balance improve in a boutique firm?
@rachellelizaire13 күн бұрын
You mentioned needing to know your own worth before making the switch. How can someone accurately assess whether they're ready to leave a big firm for a boutique?
@shahnaazfaisal645713 күн бұрын
To assess readiness, look at how much business you've generated on your own without relying on the firm's resources. If you're doing most of the work independently and want more freedom or higher commissions, it might be a good time to make the switch

Great breakdown of the pros and cons! It’s definitely a big leap from a large recruitment company to a smaller one, but the idea of more freedom and higher commissions sounds really appealing

Matt and Alex hit the nail on the head with the importance of strategy in boutique firms. It's not just about numbers but building strong, lasting relationships. So true

It's ridiculous to say that being specialized is a disadvantage! That's such a narcissistic perspective. Knowledge always adds value and drives innovation within a company. With all the challenges in the workplace right now, you really need to make yourself more valuable and distinctive.
