Hello dear lady. Ty for your videos. I struggled with weight all my life. I went from binge eating (over 200lbs) to anorexic (less than 100lbs). I have loose skin from my rapid weight loss adventures. I wanted to get liposuction my whole life but was too afraid. At almost 52 years old here is what helped the quickest. Abs are made in the kitchen. If you want to lose midsection fat asap follow the acid reflux/GERD diet. It is the hardest strictest diet I’ve ever followed but I dropped 3 to 4 pants size in around three months. My stomach was the flattest it’s ever been. I also use Florajen probiotics daily and i lost all of my bloat. And even with all of that I still have that little pouch, and maybe it’s age, but I honestly no longer care. I’m finally ok with just being me. God bless

This just got me so emotional. I needed to hear this today. I can’t do any of these exercises. I have had multiple sclerosis for the past 16 years and I’ve been in a wheelchair for the past 9. I thank you for this great video. You were real, I’ve had 5 children and a set of twins had to be one of the pregnancies. So I’ve been battling whether to get surgery or not, but I was in the military and I never gave myself a chance to get back in shape the way I used to. If I had the money right off bat, I’d still listen to you and not do it for me, because you said if I’m not careful l I’ll gain it back, so technically just take 2 yrs to make this a habit of healthy lifestyle and I won’t backslide and it just won’t be the instant result of the surgery. I’m going to give it a go with routine and habits first and you look amazing. I thank you for this video. I said what I said so other that look at this can see some people make the decision to not do it, only because I know this won’t help me. It’s an internal thing. I have it and see the results. I have cleaned up my eating habits, i have a gluten allergy so i do eat gluten free. I stopped consuming liquor and i do wall pilates. I sometimes go to the gym too. This laser does work.
