Mackinac Bridge is three miles longer than the Golden Gate (!) but the suspension span is shorter by 400 feet compared to the Golden Gate.

I'm not taken by Grand Canyon, it's the same sights wherever you look. I came here looking for something new. But, no. It still looks the same to me - some higher spots, soem lower spots, some rockier, but all the same color and same sparse areas.The Gtand Canyon is overrated for non-hikers and those looking for beautiful sights. But, it's good to see it once in your life and cross it off.

If water is tight we do an Asian shower which can use as little as 500ml of water. I use a microfibre car sponge, wet it and washed yourself. Rinse it off and wipe off or use the other side, then a normal MF towel the size of a tea towel to dry off. Use dirty water to rinse off feet. I use a wet wipe or 2 to do my bits
