I am from Afghanistan, as you know girls can't study here. We find a way and in one year I will go to Pakistan some how if I can. I am so stressed, I haven't been to school for nearly 5 years. I went just for 1 month....and I became extremely depressed, due to not being used to nothing at all. Please wish me luck...

These issues are universal when anyone moves half a world away. I moved from Pakistan to the US when I was 19. That was 35 years ago. You will not find the kind of friends and friendships you can develop in that part of the world in the west. It is just that way. In the end what matters are those connections. It is harder to move and settle somewhere when you are older. Not only does this make you more resilient, it stretches your mind in a good way. As most of you are young you don't quite see the hardships of life in the west. Life in Pakistan for your class can be much easier in a way. It is always something good with something bad everywhere.

Got heart broken to see conditions of people coming to Pakistan. I would like to say that we are facing challenges about poor governance since long that is the root cause. Mostly about Pakistani nation you will find very welcoming, hospitality, caring and loving-kindness. which surely you will not find so much in other countries. As for facilities we are far beyond than the developed countries thats also make us frustrated. And immigration is not easy to any country. it takes time to get adjusted.

It is by far the most beautiful tourist destination of India . My grandfather was raised in a nearby village in fairy meadows. After Pakistan forcefully occupied this region with help of terroris_s , he came came to Srinagar ( capital city of Kashmir province in India) . We still speak Balti language. I'm hopeful I can soon return back to my ancestral village in fairy meadows after India regain its control from Pakistan sponsored terrori_s .

I have/had the same issue I'm living alone and most portion sizes /packages simply aren't made to feed a single person but rather two or more What works best for me are buying less groceries multiple times throughout the week instead of a bigger weekly shopping trip.

I just did a fridge clean..well yesterday it’s 4 am right now😅😅😅 took me two trash bags and a bunch of gloves I took from work

lol , my tip to make food last longer in the fridge first put a paper towel on the food so moisture would be absorbed and make food last longer second for foods that u get and don't use often like pumpkins use what u need then put the rest in the freezer, and gl ❤❤

I had the same problem, so now I throw all of my leftovers to freezer in single servings. Then I can take out just the amount I will eat and rest will last for months. It doesn't work with fresh vegetables tho. I usually only buy things like apples that last for months in fridge and then eat a lot of greens at school diner. It works for now but I have no idea how I'll survive after graduation 😅

If you want to take these tips, here are a few. 1- Cook bomb ass tasty food so you'll love your leftovers. Remember, the longer it sits, the better it gets. 2- Even though it may cost more, use pre-cut produce from the grocery. If you can get it, that is. I'm much more likely myself to eat something that's been prepped for me. You are doing a great job! <3
