This turned into my favorite game by accident lol. When I was a kid I saw a kid playing dwm2 on the gameboy and he only said dwm. I bought the wrong game and ended up falling in love with this one instead. Crazy times, I'll never forget it.

Best part of this speedrun is seeing Algus hit the dirt

Problem with speedrunners is that they are so obsessed with time lol. At 1:36:36 one guy mentioned that there was 'around 10 minutes' and then somebody else argued that it would be 7 minutes, which could also be stated as...around 10 minutes. Just something funny I picked up on. I'm enjoying the run!

Man, I love this game with my heart and soul, so much so that my 3 tattoos have references to it (one is actually just the kanjis for Fargo's Invincible), it always bring joy to my life finding new runs of it on youtube! Such a great run! The only thing I don't like is how much time you spent as Lynx haha Maybe if it was half the time, I would love it 100%, as it is, I love 99.9% haha

I remember playing this and I got the skull of mondain out in the middle of nowhere. I'm having a blast killing enemies in one swoop haha.

I just learned about this game and to see it be ran at a marathon feels me with immense joy and discomfort

I think Grinding is an imperative part of RPGs, But I want to see challenging grinds. So I'd say just randomize the random encounters so that the runners won't know where the MacGiants, Eggs, D. Machine, Gold Dragons, Warlocks, etc are. Even include the monsters from the trapped chests into the general pool. I want these elite level runners truly tested. Force them to find their grind and have to actumake a decision about that facet of the game/race.

this games good but i still think dq9 takes the cakes its the worst one hand ands down 1 player becomes the second best with 2 players and with 3 or more it becomes the best dragonquest exprence i even tried the online japanese ones and none of them hold a snick to 9 it some how re simplifly the game making it true to part 1 and 2 but then inovated on so much making it kinda like maple story its not even dragonquest 9 is more like maple story cross final fantasy online cross mario partio cross dragonquest its FUCKEN INSANE and has the hugest post game of any game ever made cause its litteraly endless

Out of all the events going on in the world of gaming, there's none I want to attend more than RPG Limit Break. Unfortunately can't make it this year, but I'm planning for 2026! And one day, maybe even run a game. I love RPGs and am so passionate about mental health. This is the perfect event! Love to you all and can't wait to watch the event!

15 min - a slight correction to the 'guest characters are only on COV route' - you actually can get a guest character on COC route, but it's the demifiend, so basically right before finishing the game and needs you to beat him which is quite the task. There are ways to cheese him and beat him at a surprisingly low level like in the 60s with pretty much stock demons that don't have tons of stat boosters stuffed into them, mainly using gogmagog and arahabaki along with strategize to have arahabaki use figment slash over and over again until demifiend dies. Some of the tactics in the particular video I'm thinking of was having xiezhai in the slot before gogmagog so that gogmagog will always hit with figment slash, and starting the battle with a low level vile and khonsu out so the vile can use impaler's glory and khonsu can spread the impaler's glory to arakabaki when the vile gets killed by demifiend, then using taunt with a demon that drain/repels phys like girmikhala, siegfriend, or rangda during the turns you've getting things set up before doing the turn to blitz demifiend with gogmagog Very cool run
