Recently, I've been having a very hard time. I am a doctor, and I run my own office . Last year, I found out that I have lupus. It was a shocker at first, and then I began to realize that I do have a lot of the symptoms. In fact, it's almost as though it's gotten worse. At this point, I have reversed some of my labs with God's help in guiding me on what to do for it, but I do still have days where I am not me and am sick. Recently, I had a full week with a non-stop headache. This current week, I had a sinus infection so bad that I've been getting brain fog, fatigue, depression, and anger. Thinking why do I always get so sick? Why do I never have a week where I am feeling good? How will I be able to run my office feeling like this? On bad days, I can't always see straight and or see God's love. So I've decided recently that even on those bad days that I will play this song and just raise my hands up to the Heavens and sing and worship God and praise Him. Even when I feel at my worst. It is the only thing that gives me hope in this world at the moment. That and knowing that "my" lupus is not a forever thing. I will see good health again someday. Glory to God in the Highest!!!

I feel like crying whenever I hear this song, whether at camp or some church district event. the way God moves through music is wild

I remember hearing this song at an event called the Call at MidAmerica Nazarene University earlier this year as well as other great songs. When I heard these songs, I cried. in fact, i cried more that week than any other time in my life. I also had camp that week and cried there as well because He is so so good. I have been through quite a lot. lost my Nana in 2021 after I got back from a youth district event. Songs like this can help remind us that He is near. Now I try to Live For The Good. #LFTG
