This is totally impossible because the Vita3K programmers are still testing if the games are running well, of course we have the psvita emulator but even having an s24 Ultra it won't even run some Vita games with God Of War collection or Persona4 also the heavier Borlands 2 Ps3 game for you to be aware that the IPhone still doesn't have all the processing power yet that is technically we still won't have a psvita emulator on the iPhone probably in about 2 to 3 years
