All our hardware can be programmed with LabVIEW. Our DAQ hardware streams from the onboard FIFO/buffer to computer memory but we also have products like cRIO and PXI that have built-in controls with memory. You can learn more here bit.ly/4fK3dhY

After relinking the application my icon has another input node. That’s good, then I go back to the original Vi and there is box around it in your example all of a sudden with no explanation and is if it appeared of thin air and is magic. It seems you have skipped or didn’t show this step losing me again looking at my tiny iPhone screen.

Followed and figured out all of the steps until the array with 4 elements. You lost me there. In the other videos they show inputs and controls were also not explained, but I could figure it out. The array I can’t seem to figure out.

Hi, I want to use my NI chassis (NI PxIe 1092) as a biasing network for IC. The supply voltage and biasing voltages need to change from 0-1.2 V. May I know how can I achieve this?

I tried this with some butt connectors and it seemed like it didn't get hot enough to shrink it. I tried a lighter too which kinda works but that burned some of the wire casing off a couple of times so Idk if the butt connectors I have are thicker or i just need more heat or what? I'll have to check the wattage of my hair dryer.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to find National Instruments teaching kits, and support is also leaving something to be desired. New technologies such as artificial intelligence toolkits are practically non-existent in LabView versions. What is happening to the company? Is it in the process of bankruptcy?

When I open NI Max it only shows two lines: one showing my computer and another showing "ASRL1::INSTR" which seems to be the bluetooth on my computer. This is utterly useless.
@NIApps4 ай бұрын
Hey, we understand your frustration. First, verify your physical connection to your hardware and make sure it’s being recognized by your computer in Windows Device Manager. You can find more help here: bit.ly/46PqHym
@Starlite43214 ай бұрын
I am running the Mac version so there is no device manager. But I can verify it’s connected by actually interfacing with it through its web app. NI Max simply doesn’t see it. And LV offers zero tools to point to it. LabView is essentially worthless to me.

Hi there. We no longer offer a separate student edition. You can look into NI software packages that your school may have, or use the LabVIEW Community Edition. More info can be found here: bit.ly/3Yp26OV.

Can we create a defined waveform using simulated hardware? In simulation software, it takes its own predefined waveform. Is there a way we can give inputs interms of values and see the same thing in the waveform for simualted hardware.
@NIApps6 ай бұрын
Hi there, simulated hardware will always generate a sine wave. If you’re looking to generate another type of wave you can do it by using the Waveform Generation VIs [bit.ly/3zvbhmw]. Please let us know if we can assist you further.

Heya, so is this meant to be aimed at NI products or is the plan to support 3rd party products as well? Thanks.
@NIApps6 ай бұрын
InstrumentStudio doesn’t currently have built in support for third party hardware in the conventional sense. However, InstrumentStudio do provides a plugin framework for multiple types of plugins that allow to add third party instruments. Please see more details in this link: knowledge.ni.com/KnowledgeArticleDetails?id=kA03q000001EB3qCAG&l=en-US&sf191967605=1.
