Wow, Im so glad I got to witness this powerful message! As a vegan activist, I completely agree with everything being said here. The comparison between drinking tea or coffee and bathing in Coca-Cola is spot on - its all about what we put inside our bodies and how it affects us. I love the emphasis on oxygen and the importance of exercise for getting sufficient amounts. Its so crucial to prioritize our physical health, just like we do with our mental and emotional well-being. And can I get an amen for the importance of elimination? When were constipated or holding onto toxins, it shows up in our skin, hair, nails, and overall health. We need to listen to our bodies and honor their natural processes. Im also thrilled about the discussion on deodorants and antiperspirants. We dont want to suffocate ourselves with chemicals that can cause harm. Instead, lets opt for natural alternatives that allow us to sweat freely and release toxins from our bodies. The part about genetically modified wheat and its impact on blood sugar levels is eye-opening. Its crucial we stay informed about the food industry and make conscious choices about what we put in our bodies. Overall, Im so grateful for this message of hope and empowerment. Lets take control of our health and well-being by making informed choices that align with our values and support our overall wellness!

What a powerful message! As a vegan activist, Im thrilled to see you shedding light on the harmful effects of consuming animal products and processed foods. Your point about not wanting to bathe in Coca-Cola or tea is spot on - just because we drink it doesnt mean our bodies are clean! I love how youre emphasizing the importance of oxygen intake, water consumption, and elimination through sweating, urinating, and defecating. Its crucial to recognize that our bodies are designed to eliminate toxins naturally, but this process can be hindered by consuming toxic substances like sugar, chemicals, and caffeine. Regarding deodorants, I wholeheartedly agree with you. Using natural deodorants that allow for perspiration is the way to go! Our bodies are meant to sweat, and its essential for detoxification. Im also glad youre highlighting the dangers of genetically modified foods (GMOs), particularly in relation to diabetes. Its crucial to choose whole, unprocessed foods that nourish our bodies rather than contributing to chronic diseases. Lastly, I appreciate your emphasis on the importance of clean living environments and taking care of our eyesight. Its fascinating how our overall well-being is interconnected with our environment and diet. Thank you for sharing this inspiring message! What do you think about the role of education in promoting healthy lifestyle choices?

Morning family, How does 1 prepare them for juicing
@abundant_Living245
@abundant_Living245 Ай бұрын
@@kegomogorosi9235 you need to use a juicer, or, you can chop them small and blend them with a little pure water, then using a nut milk bag, juice them and remove the pulp. Drink a tot glass of this upon waking, and when checking your blood glucose using a glycometer and it shows they are high... Drink and watch your sugar levels drop within 15minutes

I think it's because we stick to 1 method, working in the Kitchen is a work of art, you need to pray when you get in there and ask the Lord how to paint the sky red😂... I do crazy things in there. There is never an accident, only new recipes... ❤
