after 1 year my motor is still not running as expected and Honda people are just ass holes! Wated $360 for this motor.

Speed controlled player...song has been slowed down....simple. My Tascam Cd player does this.

I purchased Friction drive kit from STATON-INC.COM along with this motor. For my motorized bicycle. Nothing but problems. www.staton-inc.com Although STATON-INC kit seem to be god quality their support is not and most of all the Honda support is a nightmare. My motor has been at the shop 3 times (in 3 months) and finally they said further repairs not covered by warranty. They claim it is not strong enough to support the 150 LB person on a bike. Honda has no official site or contact for small motors. I have spend hours searching for some contact - nothing. STATON-INC does not care about repairs because they say it's Honda to fix the motor (not them). This Honda motor experience was a total disaster. First carburator have had issues. IT was replaced. Now the oil after 1 work hour turns dark grey and motor dies. Of course me - THE CUSTOMER - is to blame. I have failed official complain to BBB, waiting for Honda response (as I cannot contact them directly). One time I spoke with a rep. she confirmed HONDA company has another company representing them for US market. This rep gave me a list ot repair shops (about 20 of them) where 12 that I called claimed they do not repair separate motors but only full Honda equipment. The whole kit and the motor was just a waste of time and money. I purchased it in October-2017 and used all together perhaps for 20 hours. The motor has spent more than 6 weeks at different shops and still hasn't been fixed. Last shop asked me to pay 12 hours labor + parts to get this working. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SETUP (especially Honda GX-35). On top of poor quality, non existent customer support.
