Histamine induces bronchodilation & adrenaline in turn bronchoconstriction.

Adrenaline and Beta agonists produces bronchodilation and hence they are used in the treatment of asthma. Histamine produces bronchoconstriction. Histamine is a powerful bronchoconstrictor, due to the predominance of bronchoconstricting H1-receptors in the airways.
