I'm scared of parasitic draw from these types of unit

What’s your opinion about installing 2 of these LED strips on a SUV, possibly a second strip somewhere near the front grill or bumper? Would this cause issues to the battery?

How did you remove that first “trim piece” of the camera cover/housing? The space between the housing and the upholstery is so tight I can’t get my finger in there.

Just curious. Removing the factory rails that is held in by clips, do the clip anchors on the roof look like they need anything to stop leaks? I know the westcott rack is secured using bolts ehere the crossbar inserts are located but im a little leary of pulling the rails off entirely and thinking the clip holes left exposed after install would be susceptible to leaks?

I know I already made one lengthy comment I will try to keep this short. Are you able to turn off the microphone so it's not recording conversation in the vehicle. I live in Maryland and you are not allowed to record someone's Voice without their permission. Definitely I really don't want nobody to hear what we are talking about. Thank you for making this video. A couple of hours ago. Like most people I look to KZbin to see how the system works and is it difficult to install. Before watching your video I can say easily that I watched eight other videos not a single one of them installed this in their car or someone else's. The closest that someone got was by plugging in the DC outlet into a jump box. You convinced me that this is the one I'm going to buy. I most definitely gave you a thumbs up and I hit your subscribe button. Normally I always give a like to everybody whose video I watch. I know it takes time to do this type of work I figured the least I can do is hit the like button. Now when there's somebody like you that actually just is not talking about how to install this you actually are doing it. And the least I can do is subscribe to your channel. Like I said I know it's not easy for you to do these videos it takes a lot of your time and I can say for myself I appreciate you and others like you.

I wired mine directly to the battery for 24hours recording and kept draining my battery. Do you know why is draining my battery?

Nice video. Had my Apple CarPlay for a while. Worked great. I turn it on now and light flashes blue then green. Keeps flashing green. I think that is all normal. But, lately CarPlay cuts out then back on. Lose phone call connections when that happens. When I look at iPhone 15pro Settings Bluetooth, I see that AutoKit says not connected. Have to manually connect again. Shouldn’t it always say connected when in use. Thanks

I have just install this startx remote kit for 2018 highlander with push to start kit that i order from amazon. after installation it work like a charm. but after that i run a scan using toyota softwear and there is a DTC B2285 cable mismatch. its been keep throwing same dtc. I am returning this kit.

When you open just the rear window wouldnt the wires to the dashcam be pulled? Instead of sticking it on the rear window plastic, it should be sticked on the plastic panel that was removed under the oem camera. Right?

I was watching your review of the MMB AI box for the Mazda CX-9, and after seeing your video, I decided to buy the exact same model you reviewed. I tested it in my 2019 Mazda CX-9, and overall, it works well. However, I’ve encountered an issue with audio synchronization when watching KZbin. Specifically, the audio doesn’t seem to sync up with the video-the person on screen is talking, but there’s a slight delay in the audio that comes about a second after their mouth moves. I’ve tried using both my mobile phone and the 5G SIM card in the AI box to ensure that I have a stable connection, but unfortunately, the problem persists regardless of which method I use.
