I wish there was a way that you could pull up to these interactions and reveal you know exactly whats inside, like once you vet the achievements, your next play through will allow you to have like, premonitions and shit and you can drop your higher knowledge on people, like, yeah, I know theres theres an Orthorn in there. You help Astarion out, Ill kill him for you, no biggie.

I'm on my first playthrough as a seldarine drow bard and it honestly feels like I'm on easy mode. Like my high charisma gets me out of almost every situation that would be a fight and when it doesn't I just say I'm a drow and they think I'm a true soul.

Oh, yes! I played as a half-elf bard in my first playthrough and disguised as a drow to waltz through some parts. Charisma-based characters are on easier mode imo.

There is another reason they believe it: You have that illithit worm in your brain and some can feel that -- the worm also sometimes does exert force on some. But you are also right: Drows are believed by many to be leaders of the goblins and other shady creatures.

The amount of voice acting in this game is insane. They have specific dialog for when Zevlor gets punched and then woken up by a drow PC.. among many other examples. Well done Larian

Killing gortash will cause this, gondians are just hostages, you kill gortash without saving hostages hostages will die. You can learn about hostage situation from gondians and from factory if im not wrong. Also you need to save gondians from under water prison before destroying factory. Its not bull shit, its just the story and you havent done any investigation before killing gortash

Thanks for letting me know this. I do know about it: I did rescue the Gondians held hostage in the Iron Throne prison in my first run. What I find bewildering in this (second) run is that the Steel Watch went berserk upon death of Gortash and not only did they mass murdered the Gondians, they also, inexplicably, burn down the foundry. Makes no sense to me.

That's a summon from the cleric class or paladin.dunno for sure

It's a summoned Deva. My wizard, Gale, learned it from the spell scroll "Sights of the Seelie: Summon Deva", a level 5 spell. Cleric learns the spell "Planar Ally" where you have 3 choices of summon and one of them is this Deva but this spell is level 6.

Its actually fairly easy encounter assuming you dont have horredous party composition. Truth is - Jaheira keeps killing more NPCs with that stupid AOE of hers then the undead manage...

:D As at this encounter, it was about 75 hours. In my bard run, I completed Act 2 after about 137 hours.
