She was written in 2007, and while Trump was politically active at that time, he was yet to gain relevance. US politics back then overall weren't nearly as polarized as they are now, and the company is Canadian. I'd like to think Ash was written without contemporary (at the time) political influence, but instead as a deep and compelling character, living in the year 2183, when humans are trying to gain traction in a community that spans an entire galaxy, not the better part of a continent. Even assuming everything in our history happened until the year 2148 (which is the year humanity finds Prothean ruins on Mars) exactly as it does in reality, it's a bold thought that Trump would retain any sort of relevance in a hundred and sixty years beyond maybe what the other Founding Fathers possess. Funnily enough, the game makes mention of a President Huerta instead, and that's a funny lore tidbit where he's effectively computerized as a result of a stroke. It also mentions a US-Canada-Mexico merger at the end of the 21st century, which results in a second civil war. The lore's pretty good, and stays alright even with Andromeda. We don't need present-day politics (especially if they're a decade and a half in advance compared to the original release date) in games to make them good. That's the problem we're having with the extreme left, and it needs to go to both extremes.

I keep telling people that, and they never listen... Hate is a strong word, too. Distrust seems much better. A well-warranted distrust. She can call Tali her sister in some specific circumstances (I think it's if you romance her in the first game, but Tali in the second, and then she should say it in Huerta Memorial) and if you know Ashley, you know how much her sisters mean to her. I doubt she'd say someone is "like a sister" without extremely good reason.

Also I’ve been stuck at level 25 for my R and D unit for almost a week now. What can I do to level it up? I’m tired of using the same weapons over and over and I want to unlock the Cooler weapons!

The right question is how much time would it take... I'm level 101 for each unit, but lvl 105 for r&d, lvl 115 for base. I've gotten as far as developing the lvl 8 anti theft device. In essense, these levels took 2 1/2 yrs to reach. But I was level 60 in all units within 1/2 a year... The pf points add up weekly. 50,000 pf points if pf grade is AAA. To do that, put the right staff in combat and security. I have a few mgsv vids. Watch them in order as I've uploaded them. You'll see my process as it went along.

@@Ahmeezy heroism... if not at 500,000 then you won't get the greater options spawning in the field. Certain missions are quick and easy. Do them over and over for 1200 heroism each time. It's a hassle, but it should be done. Higher heroism, better soldiers... And build your platforms. That way you can hold more soldiers... Also... once my lvl 8 anti theft device is developed, I will attack a base and see how ppl attacking Me gathers pf points when they fail!!! Took a long time to get to this point.

It takes a lot of time but if you have about 500 weeks, or 10 years, you'll build up enough pf points to be level 150 for each unit. Give or take a year...

You'll get s ranks offline within 3 months, maybe 5.... I've gained 50k pf points each week with my pf grade. Utilizing medics and sentry in combat and security teams. After nearly 2 yrs, I've gotten every unit up to 101.

@@aymanben5450 base level and completion are seperate. This video explains how to get s rank soldiers offline... Your pf points come automatically, based on your combat and security units and weekly pf league. Those pf points are used to buy s++ staff

I have every single s rank specialist except for the cybernetics guy. I tried over and over. But i never S ranked the mission he comes from. In essense, this drug developer A++ is in the other location. This location only becomes a drug developer once you s rank the mission, and have the s rank of every other available specialist in the mission. And all mission tasks.

There might be one for it. I can't remember. I made a lot of pause and go tutorials

@davincisdemons3126 I did that on the ps3 version without the update, and it didn't work. On the ps4 version does it work without the update. I will continue playing. Still debating getting the internet.

Well. My bases are near that... my most recent vid shows my base level now. S staff is quite common. The MOST VALUABLE staff member offline is a combat S rank medic, defender, ranger or sentry. They help a lot if on combat or security unit. I suppose how common s ranks are is best expressed by the code talker mission! In my game offline, they're very common now.

You need to manually release soldiers for your base to be manually what you'd like it to be.
