This is the guy Bergevin shipped out of town to appease guys like Pacioretty and Gallagher who had issues with him. He knew what it meant to wear the Canadiens jersey night in and night out. Such a great player and competitor . Tanger Deserves everything good that life has brought him and his family. As a Longtime hockey fan of his helping us win the cup time and time again and through the heart situation and coming back better than he already was....just motivates me personally now with some tough times im going through down in Wilson NC about an hour from PNC arena in NC. Just want to say thankyou for being the Warrior you are on that ice and a positive inspiration to me. Go Penz. And of course the Black and Gold and Mason!

I hated when they traded this guy. Playing in Montréal is tough and and most players cant due it due to the pressure. Then there was PK. This guy wanted to be there and gave his everthing to the franchise. He thought and wanted to retire in Montreal. A shame really. One of the many horrific moves Bergevin made in his later years in Montreal
