I use it under the cantu twist & loc gel. It gives a great shine without letting any white residue from the gel stay on or create a buildup on locs. I LOVE the product. ❤🙌🏽💙

I searched a couple sites and found it for $6.99 and cheaper but the sites are not allowing me to purchase through pay pal. Sooo... i'm a little leery 💙🙌🏽❤️

Hello. Good morning. I know this video is 4 years or so old. But I do have a request. I recently found out about a Cantu Shea Butter product called sweat protection style saver. It is a hair mask that supposedly helps keep the hairstyle fresh. It has active charcoal to absorb body sweat, oils, and impurities. I am super curious to see how it works.

Do you remember the old Shea Moisture Purification mask. The one that smelled like ripe bananas. I still miss that conditioner. It made my hair so coily coils galore

Good thing about this which is different from curl enhancing smoothie is that this is greater for low porosity hair because no coconut oil.

I used this amd it worked for mine but definitely felt a little burn. Got better over time but then other areas of my body required a sensitive skin version of body wash so i use RenPure shampoo-but i have white people hair, its quite the opposite on hair type scale

I wanted the Sacha Inchi and Peace Rose Oil stylers to work so badly for me but they had NO hold for thick, type 4 hair. I really miss the Superfruit line!

Is it okay if I use it with a "Washing it" after 15 min? Or do I have to wash it?

Is all Mielle products really strong bcuz I’ve taking a closer look at Mielle hawaiian ginger but idk if they have that strong smell like the rosemary oil it’s way too strong for me (rosemary oil) I wanted to know if Hawaiian ginger is the same vibe?

They changed their formulas on some and if not all of their products. It's drying out my hair as well. I'm switching over to Camille Rose, but I need another "souffle" type of styler. Currently looking at As I Am Curling Jelly. It seems the USA version of the SM Souffle I can't get in Canada. (The Canadian version dries out my curls). I don't understand how they can't just leave well enough alone!

Very imformative vid and made sense; I dunno if the title suits it tho lol. I use shea moisture, but maybe im ok because when i take out my 2 strand twists, i use acv which makes it easier to take out the twists and it kinda cleans+conditions my hair+scalp. Then after ill wash my hair with the shea moisture line

I just seen your video. Great video!. I am in my late 50's and my mother and grandmother use to use this in their hair and ours when we ran out hair grease. It worked great for skin and hair. They are both from Louisiana and I was born in California. I don't see anything wrong with using it. My hair texture looks a lot like yours. Most of the hair care products that suppose to be natural and non natural have bad ingredients in it. Even some hair grease have bad ingredients that use to not be in them. I am going to use it with a little almond oil and mint oil in a mixture. When it is time to wash it out, I will use a good shampoo.

Girl I bought this since I love the masque from the same line, and I was so surprised at how hard I had to shake it to come out!! Idk why it’s called a milk, it needs to be in a jar. However, it made my hair softer than any leave-in has in a long time (I have thick strands, coarse and brittle, 3b curls). Got it for 5.99 at Marshalls!

I know this video is old but I just discovered Joico because of my hair stylist and I’m beyond amazed. I have 4c tight coils very dry coarse hair but fine density. I have been struggling with moisture for the past several years because I didn’t know that I was supposed to be using all purpose shampoo and moisturizing shampoos so that I don’t strip my hair. The treatment balm is amazing! I use the Mizani scalp care shampoo follow up with Joico shampoo and treatment balm and my hair feels ridiculous moisturizers and soft. Why are the natural girl with coarse dry hair not talking about this like more? I wasted my time buying Shea Moisture and all the hyped products for years but my hair is was still dry. This has totally changed the game for me and is now a holy grail.

@@Randomperson16-q4j I use Mizani Miracle Milk leave in, its a spray and its a great all purpose leave in that doesn't weigh my hair down and acts as a heat protectant for when I blow dry as well. I HIGHLY recommend.
