You did not auto one time that entire fight. The item by the virtue of EXISTING reduced at least 400 damage (the damage you didn't do because you stood still and didn't aa). You being fed doesn’t make an item bad.

Reducing 400 damage is NOT worth sidetracking your 2nd item by 800 gold. Especially since absolutely 0 of kayn's healing is tied to auto attacks, he only heals from ability damage. So chogath did in fact reduce 0 healing at the end of the day

I think it’s super selfish. I find it really annoying when I’m going support like soraka or Janna and my whole kit is to keep them alive. But they take barrier and watch you die 🤷🏻♂️

Also for wave clear in proxy, and later in game for upgraded smite so u can smite enemy so you can ulti from long range

Proxy waveclear to save mana early, can shove cannon waves to deny enemies their normal base timers and throw them off, and then as you get close to 20 mins, you can buy jungle pet to start power leveling exp with waves + enemy camps. And then you can offset the downside of taking smite teleport, two non-combat summoners, by taking unsealed spellbook which lets you cycle through exhaust ignite flash and ghost every 2 and a half minutes

Hey poro, in relation to that 40 minute long guide for kayn top, do you still go profane hydra at all? I currently go: eclipse, lucidity boots, manamune, LDR, yommus and another assassin item usually profane last, do you still rush profane?

Nope, always risky. When melee minions specifically go under tower range, they'll autolock onto the turret instead of you if they target the turret at any point. Since Kayn's W locks him in place, that means you risk the potential of a melee running past you during W, dodging your Q2 and therefore losing you 1 minion. It's infinitely safer to just clear it before it gets into turret range so that you never risk that happening

@@PsychopathicPoroClips you misunderstood me. I didn't mean literally kite them into the turret, I meant step up so you can start hitting the melees sooner. Then step back so casters keep walking and wouldn't you clear the wave faster that way and get back to the enemy faster? Idk

It's that simple -Clear the upcoming wave in the most efficient way possible, without losing HP and without it crashing to the tower -Counter the proxy by fighting them with 6 minions advantage

You can let it crash into tower, the big point is that when you finally do go to punish, you have to make sure it doesn't screw over your jungler's tempo. Too often I see junglers moving heaven and earth and bending over backwards to stop my proxies, which just isn't worth it for them

Spent a lot of games in norms and in practice tool to understand wave timings and how different matchups work and about the pick in general. I felt confident enough to hop in ranked and played 5 games lost all of them. 1 of them i know was 100% my fault. I fed crazy hard, but on the other 4 i got form and 2 items all with less than 7 deaths and after that i helped with team fights farmed good and 1v1 my laners all the time. All of those games of course i ddint have perfect macro but it was good enough to win objectives, but no matter what, when i got strong and even if we turned the game to winning my team felt i was the reason they were behind and ffd. The pick is a lot of fun and fits my playstyle really well and i feel like i play it at my ranks level if not just a little lower because its still new to me but it is so demoralizing to lose games just because your team doesnt agree with your pick/playstyle. Still gonna play it with friends in norms but not again in ranked lol. Love the videos and thank you for opening my eyes to an actual fun way to play league
