DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THIS IS A SCAM!!! June 8 I received the Ring June 11 It stopped working/charging and I emailed the company June 13 They tried a “remote manipulation” which did not work June 17 They had me discharge the battery for 3 days, charge it for 45 minutes and try connecting again June 20 They tried another “remote manipulation” which did not work We went on vacation July 10 The Ring still did not charge or connect. I asked for a refund, But since it was past the 14 day return policy they would not give me a refund and said they would try all the manipulations they could before issuing a warranty replacement. July 11 The Ring still does not work July 12 They asked me to allow the battery to drain for another 2 days and then try again July 15 Ring still not charging - they “escalate” my case to their technical team July 30 Still no news from the technical team July 31 They ask me to let the battery completely drain again, charge for 45 minutes and try again August 1 They think it’s a problem with the charger and say they will send me a new one via priority shipping August 8 Still have no tracking number for the new charger - my case is now “escalated” to their shipping team to expedite the shipping process August 20 Still no tracking number… I fear I’ve wasted over $300 and 2 months

I ordered Circular Slim Ring on November 22nd and have been waiting for delivery of the ring for almost four months. I've been contacting company via Facebook Messenger, web page chat, and mail. All their responses were delayed a couple of days, making me scared that the company might be a scam. After postponing the delivery date several times (December, December/January, January, January/February). I felt more anxious and decided to cancel my order and request a refund. After sending the resignation and getting a confirmation from customer support, the company needed help in settling the amount of money they should refund. We've been chatting back and forth, and Circular confirmed the amount, and requested that I've to send a PayPal request. I made it on January 17th. The company informed me that it should take 15 business days! (Sic!). I am still waiting to receive my money back after over 22 business days. The whole situation is taking four months. Circular still can't give precise info on when they can do the refund; they only send a generic response that they escalate to the financial department or manager, etc. I don't know whether it's their regular practice or my case, but I don't feel they treat me and the situation seriously. Unfortunately, I'm still awaiting a refund.

design looks much better. Metal, slim, touch button. All wins. However, the battery is smaller. original/"pro" claimed to get 8 days (I get 3-4), the slim claims to get 5 days

Don't buy from them I was one of the first to buy the original ring. Still don't have a working ring yet. They care so little for their customers it's not even funny.
