You have to apply a Clear Exact-Match Automotive Top Coat apart which makes a little difference but becomes a dirty powder after rain and sun. No clear coat. No shine at all. Their paints never look like a mirror.

I have the exact same bike but it has some problems and I don’t know what’s broken. So I was wondering if you or someone here might know what’s wrong. it’s hard to start but only with the choke on. when I put it in gear it dies and sometimes it doesn’t. When it gets warm and I pull the choke in it backfires a lot and when I shut it off it can be even harder to start. The intake manifold has some cracks around it but idk if that’s the main reason. About a year before it didn’t want to start after sitting for a couple of years, I cleaned the carb and it ran again but now these problems started happening not long after the carb clean. Any suggestions if you might know what could be the problem or problems. Thanks

Awesome seeing such an amazing transformation! You also make the four-stroke rebuild process look a little less intimidating for those of us less experienced with them. Maybe I'll try a four stroke for my next project bike, never thought I'd be saying that haha

hi guys, what is the difference between dry blasting and sandblasting?
@emmanuelgonzalez-jk7mk20 күн бұрын
Dry sanding leaves like a satin matte look where wet blasting will leave a satin shinny look.

@northernmx59732 ай бұрын
@@nr.1289 a little side to side play is normal but there should be zero up and down play at all so you’re probably going to have to replace it

I've owned a 250 Rally, but sold it and got an Africa Twin 1100. I still miss the little Rally, brilliant bike despite its limitations. I'm also currently doing a full resto on an 02 KTM 640 LC4, gotta say I love Honda engineering. They just build things better by design. The big old Kato is a bit of a nightmare by comparison.
