really cool. realistic and cool. can you tell me how you created a matt finish on the body? did you spray on the outside of the lexan shell? thank you.
@BuoyEngine5 күн бұрын
Thank you for commenting!! (^◡^) Yes, I did spray on the outside of the lexan shell with the splay (TAMIYA PS-23 : GUN METAL) and I painted with matt black the window frames and rear lamp frame on the sticker and other.... and attached hand made rear bumper. and painted with glossy black the front head light reflector. actually, this body repainted from my first blue Bronco body in my first video...

Last year I took my bicycle to Japan. I'm a Nikkei from Hawaii. 3 months in the spring (Hanami) and 3 months in the autumn (momiji). Beautiful. I'm new to RC models. I'm surprised to learn that these Tamiya models are unassembled. And they are unpainted. Oh, no! What do I do? Do you know the wooden disposable chop sticks that supermarkets give you if you buy a bento? Breaking apart the disposable chop sticks is the most I can do.

Great camera angles and film work. You even shot the Land Cruiser beneath it as it rolled over you. I like how your countenance never changed. You always seemed calm when driving. Drone footage is outstanding too.

Wich of your two tamiyas performs better? Bruiser or hylux?
@BuoyEngine8 ай бұрын
Bruiser is better. Hilux has a problem structurally that the leaf spring bends when get shock in running.
@user-bd5md5cm2j8 ай бұрын
@@BuoyEngine ya, the tranny hangs down too low ,tires are too little and the leafs need to be swapped with the rc4 wd ones. Bruiser out of box does extremely well. I've changed everything on the tundra and f350 except the wheels and tires. There on the way. I'll see how it does with 2.2
