Did you remove the protective film over the charging contacts on the earbuds themselves I had the same issue until I took a closer look at them, once I did that they charged with no problem.

There could be a number of reason for this, is it windy outside? This drone only has a weight of 3.4 ounce's , Did you calibrate it on a flat level surface, check this with a small level, if not it that might be your issue, also it could be the controller and the fine tuning adjustment that are explained in manual, one last thing to check is that the drone propeller arms are fully extended and locked in place. I had the same Problem and I was going to the same thing but after looking closer at them I found that there is a gold micro thin sticker over the charging spot on the ear buds for protection that has to be removed (it is in the review) it is hard to see as it is so thin you cant tell it there unless you look really close once you remove them they will work perfectly. hope this helps.

Please be a little more specific... Not sure if you know but in the phone app you can make changes to camera and weather or not your image is right side up or inverted. Check the app and get back to me. Blue skies and Soft landings...

There are two camara's on this drone one that face's forward and one that is under the body of the drone and is fixed it is very small you can toggle between the two in the app and the forward facing camara is also fixed and has to be set to the forward angle or plain before flight, as for left and right you have to turn the drone in flight. I would check your batteries in the controller and the drone and make sur they are charged also make sure the drones antenna is exposed. Be careful to not pull on it (the antenna) when removing the tags/stickers or battery for charging.

Try tapping the left one with your pointer finger like you were turning the power on or you may have to double tap it.

Okay so when you turn on the controller hold the power button down until the 4 blue light on the right side of the controller are blinking, then use the left jot stick to connect. If that does not work, then check to make sure the drone's battery is installed correctly and is fully charged and let me know if that helped. Blue skies and soft landings.

So I have the blue pairing lights flashing on the drone when I turn the controller on, the lights flash differently, and a single red light on the controller. The only reaction I can get is holding the right joy stick down I get a single beep. Pulling the left stick up or down is not doing anything. I just cannot get the controller to pair no matter what I do. The app is also connecting to the drones cameras Shame as I was really looking forward to learning how to fly drones. You have few options disconnect them and pair them again with your device or let the battery's die recharge them and try pairing them again. let me know if either one works for you.

Clean the contacts and make sure the gold tape covering the contact pad has been removed. This might help you out.

Mine did the same thing you have to remove the gold tape that is over the contacts on the earbud, if you dont look closely you will think that the gold tape is he contact pad for charging, once I did that they worked great and I think I mentioned the in my review.
