Hi,In this video, using the equipment seems easy, but it's important to test its usability with a live model to ensure ease and safety in handling. I suggest incorporating a live model to demonstrate how to move the bariatric patients from place to place effectively before making a purchase decision. Thanks

how to unlock if locked? other controls not working

Hi Kyla. The controls can be locked out electronically via the caregiver handset. These lock out the bed's functionality across all handsets. Alternatively, the patient handset can be locked out manually.

Great Steve dolphin therapy,I'm Lt Colonel Professor Mr S Jeffery is my nephew,I'm so proud of him, for him to come so far in his chosen field,to think I used to babysit Steven and his sister Angela when they were young 7 told and 8yold, when I was stationed in Hereford Germany,they well his father Lt Colonel leanord Jeffries was just a Wo class 1 in bunda Germany, his parents (my big sister and his father) must be so so proud of him

Not very user friendly for healthcare professionals with breaks at head end and only one remote control

Hi Pigna, the brake is operated at the foot end of the bed. The steer is located at the head end and only ever needs lifting for lateral moevement of the bed. We also have the option of an additional caregiver handset to accompany the patient handset. If you have any other questions, please feel free to get in touch.

Agree, total rubbish. People who designed that have no clue what it should be. Break and control should be by every wheel. Please medstrom don't reply for that. Every person who works in the hospital will tell you the same thing.
