Here is the list of ingredients shown in cups to Gram (SI )converstions Ingredients: Dry Flour 1½ cup or 180gm Brown sugar ½ cup or 100 gm Baking powder 1 tsp or 5.69 gm Baking soda 1 tsp or 5.69 gm Salt ¼ tsp or 1.42 gm Pumpkin spice 2 tsp 6.6 gm Wet Pumpkin puree 1¼ cup or 10oz Egg 2 Vegetable oil ½ cup or 120ml Whole milk ¼ cup or 60 ml Vanilla essence 1 tsp or 5 ml Cream Cheese Filling Cream Cheese 4 oz ( or ½ ) Sugar 1 tbsp or 12.5 gm Vanilla essence ½ tsp or 2.5 ml Pumpkin spice ½ tsp or 2.84 gm Egg yolk 1 Cream cheese room temperature 4 oz(½ ) Egg yolk 1 White sugar 1 tsp or 5.6gm Vanilla extract ½ tsp or 5ml Pumpkin spice ¼tsp or 2.5 ml Seeds optional Preheat 425℉ or 218 ℃ Bake it for first 5 minutes Bake it at 350 ℉ or 176 ℃ for rest of 15 minutes
