I found something by mistake that works and I don't know what in it works so maybe someone with more knowledge can help? So I started making bean salad as a way to get more nutrients into my diet. I do kidney beans, black beans, garbanzo beans, black olives, red onion, cucumber, and dressed it in Italian dressing. I noticed when I make this and eat it at least 3 to 5 days out from my period starting, I get ZERO cramps. I have eaten black beans and rice prior to it and it didn't help but they were less severe. I have also had black olives prior and they didn't do anything. So it has to be the kidney beans or garbanzo beans that help, maybe a combination of everything? I don't know.I just wanted to share. See if this works for anyone else.
