Chicken soup (1-2 pieces), ginger, garlic, cayenne pepper as spicy as you can handle it (dominant flavors of the soup. with celery, tomato, onion, a handful of noodles (your choice). make a large sized pot, very watery not thick. It works. I got the recipe from a West Indian person.
