I feel like this is like a three part therapy. 1:35 it like picks you up from the dirt, or wherever you are and elevates you, ignites a fire in you. I don't even know where that energy is coming from. And then 2:50 it shows me a way, a good, awesome way with fun, strength and love. And in 4:40 I feel like I am given the chance to reflect. That this is what I can be and do. So amazing
