I see you cutting the stone to make a massive gym for another store but I had a question can you take a Herkimer diamond and cut it into a gemstone for a ring before I even go trying to fasten it is it possible to add? Is it super hard to try working with😮😮

Would be interested to know what you would charge for transforming that piece of quartz into its final shape?

I’ve noticed the amount of sapphires in the mail ordered gravel is far less than what I see people find in these videos.

Thank you for doing this video. Attention to detail in every aspect of this sure helps a newbie! The pros skip over so many beginner things that we just do not get it. I am having a difficult time getting to the culet! I seem to be going round and round the stone until I am out of room for the crown. Think I need to watch a 3rd time to remember how to fix this. I have an older machine that seems a bit more mechanical. More feel than watching an indicator. Here is a question for you. All my laps are different thicknesses, so every time I change the lap I must adjust the height, I spin until there is no contact then lower until it makes contact then do 1 turn down on the tower knob (facetron, 20 years old) how should this be done?

Hello, mineral stones are on my channel, those who have information about them, just looking at them and analyzing them is enough for me, I'm not a KZbinr, it's for informational purposes only, thank you.❤

Found your channel by mistake, but sure glad I did. Very fascinating, you’re a clever chap. Only thing I would say is that so many videos are spoilt by rubbish music. Lots of us would rather just hear you talk and the noise your work makes, so many times, now days, I turn the sound off and pop the subtitles on. 👍👍

Hey, i'm new to facetting, how do you decide which mast hight you chose at the beginning of the prozess? Because when its to low, i would grind away so much stone, but when its to high i wouldn't geht a nice center. Sorry if you mentioned it, englisch is not my native language 😅
