Hello, I am having different issues regarding them: 1) I put them back in the case and they remain connected, 2) I connect the case to a charger and the light/indicador remains orange instado of the original white and they don't charge. Any solution? Thank you. Regards.

Hmm, it says "cut it to your preferred size" and "make sure you only cut through the scissors mark" but the marks are some 30+cm apart so I cannot really cut it to my preferred size, can I? any experience with that?

Para parear tem apertar e manter o botão de ligar até ouvir "Reading Mode". Após pareado, basta ligar com o Bluetooth do celular ligado. Senão tem que colocar em modo "Reading Mode" e depois ligar o Bluetooth do celular.

I also experienced the same problem, the left bud often disconnects by itself. Luckily it was still under warranty, so I sent it back to Philip Audio Official for the claim process 😮💨

@@michel07091980 I did the same, I went to the store I bought it and they send them twice to Philips centre and they said they were ok, I don't know what kind of analysis they do but I still got the issue. After many dialoge with the store they agreed to give me new headphones and while they perform better in Amazon there are some QYC Bluetooth headphones for $30 and they have better audio and better microphone
