Looked like a line over? Too busy looking up and not paying attention to direction of flight. Lucky the pilot was in somewhat forgiving terrain. That could’ve been really bad

No, it was a simple cravat. and I was busy looking down at my new harness learning how to get into pod.

@@mickeyjasper1 It's been amazing! Been going slow with exploring the lake, but got up to the Dents towards the end of the day yesterday, and it was absolutely gorgeous! I'm curious how it was with the speedwing? I brought my 15 R3, but haven't flown it in a while. Thinking of doing some laps from Planfait!

Hi Mickey. That place looks awesome. I am hopefully heading down to Annecy in the beginning of september in my camper van. I was hoping to fly but have never been there before. Is there any simple top to bottoms? If you know any contacts there that could show me the area could you pass me the details please.. Maybe a tandem ? Any advice appreciated. Cheers
@mickeyjasper15 ай бұрын
Hey. Ya there are two main launches. One is called plainfait and one called col de la forclaz. Annecy is the most flown place like ever so if you simply show up to either of those two sites and find the landing zones there will be plenty of pilots you can ask and follow for flying. I wouldn't stress, If you want a tandem just walk like 20 feet and you will probably run into a tandem business... have fun!

@@mickeyjasper1 I just thought a tandem would give me an idea of the layout of the place. I did one in oludeniz a few years ago with a fella called Murat from Sky sports. It was very useful
