We got that here is saskatoon works great if everything ends up in compostable bags so you don't attract pests, great for grass clippings and crap around the yard plus now we have free access to compost and woodchips for our gardens

My city in CA enacted this last year. I had no opinion on it and when my complex complied, so did I. A few weeks later the bins disappeared. Why? It was attracting vermin and bugs. It was so gross. Not sustainable. The complex kept one in the far back of the complex away from the tenants just to try and fulfill the city ordinance but it was not feasible in the real world. Just sharing

Hi Jamie, so great to get to tap in and hear you, Neil and Gary's thoughts. This made me so happy to be back home in NYC and rebooting my career. Would love to hop in for a chat later this year with you as I am still working on some listings and things currently. I made an eBook last August and iRONically enough, titled it #RealTalkRENYC as it's about Really Everything free and low cost that's fun to do in NYC. Also, the RE stands for, you know... 😉

Teach people to be good landlords first

NY Courts and Legislation do a really great job of protecting Tenants. The second part of the video was a table broke in the wind and my rental I cleaned up and replaced the table despite the fact that we didn’t cause it. Yet I had the house during a storm we should have thought to close it.

NY has enough protections for Tenants Landlords have to be good. How many more rules can NY have?
