Thanks for the video, I don't think it is an ideal system though, due to its single point connection and the fact that you cannot put the camera down in a decent manner. Some years ago I switched over to the Kessler Kwik Release V2 system, either with the original plates, or with the more cost effective ProAim BP214 (large, nicest) and BP213 (small) plates. The benefit of this system is that is has 4 feet on the bottom allowing you to put the camera rig down, which is very handy. At the same time, the larger area of the rail makes clamping more secure, and you can balance it on a fluid head better than a single point connection. For me this is the best system I have tried so far for lighter weight cameras, where a full-size VCT plate system is over the top. As an alternative to the Manfrotto Move, iFootage sells the iFootage Cobra 3 Quick Release Mount, which is also excellent and in the Netherlands 2/3 of the price of the Manfrotto Move. It has the same objections I have with Manfrotto system, but pairs well with iFootage's (excellent) Cobra monopods.

Issues with the Sony A7RV firmware update so Sony pulled the FX3 and FX30 updates but I had no issues with my updates.

I think the round part on the dtap goes different ways per the angle on different cables, so it’s hard to say if it’s a flaw. I might be mistaken, but I’ve ran into this a few times as well. Anton Bower needs better branding, I was impressed with their stuff, but their logo looks too generic. Wow, flipable dtap connector was sick! Slider is nice as well. Good design on that I/O.

Urgent Warning to Sony FX3 Users! Sony has released the disastrous firmware version 6.0, which completely disabled my camera after updating from version 3.0 following their official instructions. Shortly after the update, my camera started making strange noises, the shutter seemed stuck, and the screen kept flashing "ISO AUTO." Since then, the camera has been totally unusable! This is unacceptable negligence on Sony’s part! They have released an update that has caused severe damage to customers’ cameras and have done nothing to fix it-no recall, no immediate solution! This is a professional camera, often used as a primary camera by videographers, and its malfunction is causing immense financial damage to professionals relying on it for their daily work! I urge all those affected by this update to join the call for Sony to take responsibility and issue a recall for all damaged cameras. Sony must provide a fix or replacement at their own expense! Sony, if you don’t resolve this issue, you risk losing the trust of your loyal customer base!

A monitor and/or camera that has the EL Zone System at the moment. Atomos is the only monitor recorder that has the EL Zone System.

Sonys website says they’ve found an issue and have suspended distribution. So can’t update. Anybody know what’s going on?

From what I read, it was an issue with the Sony A7RV firmware update that Sony wanted to be cautious with the FX30 so they suspended the FX30 update. I believe the FX3 can be still updated. I did not have any issues with updating the FX6, FX3, FX30 and A7RV.

Yes, he was using a very expensive one which made a huge difference. It was very windy as you can see from the trees.
