Im Italian, my son is Mulatto, and his little brother is AA. I used to cut all our hair because im not doing three dudes at a barber shop. It seems like y'all raising prices every year. You need to be a beautician and make more money bro they spend more time on people's head and woman don't mind spending but just cutting hair for major money is the wrong mindset. Cutting hair is to make a decent living and not to make you a millionaire. Nobody's going to be going to the barbershop in the future if it don't quit. I've heard of women going to the beautishop for more than 8 hours so your prices shouldn't be as high as the beauticians. Barbershops should be more quantity based with the quality the barber can provide. If someone sit in you chair and give you a hundred dollars for less than a hour then you got them. Y'all really inspire me to go to barber school so I can charge decent prices and work on speed quality haircut. Most people don't even have people sitting in there barber seat half the day. Try keeping it business and do some type of deals for your customers but y'all always talking taking more money from your customers

How do you fix the small blade from moving once it’s in place and I start . It’s not level. Dipping down at one end. The back blade is loose. Am I missing something? Do I need to replace the dark square thing that it lines up with?
