Hello Doc, desperately need your guidance. My girlfriend of 27 years old has had acute urinary retention for the past 3 weeks. We have no idea what has caused it - no UTI/STI or any infection based on the urine/blood tests. It just randomly happened. She’s booked in for an MRI next week. Yes to coconut water. We drank lots of coconut water during the pandemic.Advised to drink it at least one week before the jab. But I am in the tropics. I have my doubts about canned coconut water.
