I didn't know they made strawberry cream cheese, learn something new everyday. I use strawberry preserve when making this frosting.

Can you make these ahead and freeze them? Or how long will they stay good unfrozen if I put them in an airtight container? I'm making multiple desserts and need to make something like this ahead of time.

Yes, you can make ahead of time. one they are covered in the chocolate then they will keep. The longest I have personally done ahead of time is a week (7-8) days. not sure if I would freeze them because they could crack when you thaw them out due to the temperature change.

Thank you. Yes, it is edible, made it with fondant with Tylos powder (CMC) added to firm it up.
