As I understand it, Mr. Jacobson did not undergo this unwanted medical procedure, was fined at the State level, and he appealed. Once the Supreme Court heard the case, finding that the State could impose a fine, did Mr. Jacobson pay that fine and subsequently released?

Not me. I address issues head on. I was researching this issue because I have stated that some of my clients act like Ostriches. Example 1: One reason was they were behind in paying my bills and instead of talking out a plan, they ignore my notices. or they avoided multiple govt notices and never sought help, or they felt something was wrong with my work, and instead of talking about, they just leave and you never see them again. Example 2. You are at a restaurant and the food is disgusting or they got your order wrong,, but instead of saying anything, you just accept it and just never go back.
