The men wanted to teach a lesson while making sure to keep the children safe. The women had something to prove and wanted to humiliate the child. This translates to every aspect of raising a child.

This is such an amazing drill for several reasons. Obviously the bonding is wonderful and #1 but also let's the coaches analyze how each player reacts to having to tackle a behemoth. Exposes fear levels, allows them to learn the players mental strength levels, reveals weakness (physical and mental) etc.
