Ran my 1100 mile 2023 Charger RT Daytona at Cecil County Dragway ( MD) two days ago. All stock except for a 3:09 posi. Never raced it at a drag strip. Did a decent ( i.m.o.) best run of 13.43 @103.65 mph. Once I figure how to fully turn off the traction control, and get in some more pratice time, I'm confident I'll be a tenth quicker. Used my DRAGGY at the same time and it's very accurate. My car showed my best 0-60 mph was 4.8 seconds, the DRAGGY showed it was actually 5.1 seconds ( still not too bad). Just an FYI.
@DavidProductions34510 күн бұрын
Yeah the DRAGGY more accurate for sure, but it’s just easier to use the built in timers because I don’t use them often enough to warrant getting the DRAGGY
@stevesmith623610 күн бұрын
@@DavidProductions345 I hear ya. I bought my DRAGGY over a year ago and just used it for the first time the other day Think I spent about $125 for it. I believe they have an improved version of it now. Draggy showed I ran a 13.37 quarter mile run when in fact it was a 13.43. So, very accurate, but not completely compared to the equipment used at the drag strip.

Thank you for your vids; As an old radio man I would like to respectfully suggest to eliminate the background music while you are talking because it is does not add anything more valuable to the presentation than the useful advice you are giving us... you are actually competing with the music to be heard and understood. I remember when I first started working in radio broadcasting that I thought that having some background music would always make me sound better but by experience we eventually realize that background music is a nuisance. Just friendly advice; thank you for your videos.

I bought a 14 RT AWD last year and have been watching your videos mainly to figure out ideas for it. I have a couple questions. 1. Did you only change out the front bumper for the SRT8 look? I want to get it but dont want to do it if my bumper hangs lower than my skirts and rear if that makes sense. 2. What size tires/rims do you have? I have been wanting to upgrade my wheels bad and just so lost on the AWD part. 3. How well have those seats been? I saw the install video and them just being covers had me worried a bit if they still looked good or move around or anything.

You need a double bypass connection for this to work on 2015 and up cars. I’m getting ready to post a video on a cluster swap on a 21 scat. You sometimes also need to do a proxy alignment to make sure your fuel gauge works.
@DavidProductions34527 күн бұрын
Yup 15+ needs the bypass because the security module. For the fuel gauge, after a fill up or so it should automatically start working, but you’re probably right!

Yep you’re def right with the downshifting before the turn. I need to get my paddles setup ASAP. The cruise + and - I think was changed though so I don’t think that’s an option anymore honestly.
