“Wiesz, co? Walić piękno i olewać pięknych ludzi pijących drinki w basenach. Niech raz w życiu historię piszą przegrańcy, niech zamiast rund honorowych i okrzyków triumfu będzie mowa o zgliszczach, szczątkach i ranach. Niech powietrze zamiast płatkami róż rzucanych pod kopyta koni powracających zwycięzców pachnie stęchlizną i gangreną. Historia oczyma złamanych będzie pozbawiona buty, zaślepienia sytych krwią i bogactwem arystokratów. Pokazuj w uśmiechu człowieka sukcesu rządek równych białych zębów póki możesz: szkło chroniące wasz ładny i czysty świat pęknie, kiedy oni wszyscy dojrzeją do krzyku.”

This documentary changed my life and showed me an outlet to vent my depression and anger. We watched it as a class in the sixth grade and the teachers gave us a chance to have our own poetry slam. Later two men from this documentary came to our school to watch us perform our poetry and I was told personally by one of them to never stop writing.
