Super happy to have found this series as i just bought the whole 110 volumes of this awesome model on ebay but am a bit worried as all instructions are in japanese😅 should still be ok with the images but this is great to check if i'm doing it right. Keep it up i'm going to subscribe to you👍🏻
@MichioMakes23 күн бұрын
Use your phone and google translate! You can use your camera and point it at the instructions and read them no problem. If you need to, you can even take a picture and it will translate so you dont have to hold your phone up each time! Super easy!

Did you ever find out what goes in the mystery hole? Is it one of the bolts for the timing belt back cover?

did your 13-16 box come with a keychain? my shipping box had a letter saying they have me one but i can’t find the keychain or the carbon plate

I didn't get a keychain or carbon plate with my set, but I was able to buy one off a used good site on my own.

Hi Michio, nice video! Here is another little tip for you. If a screw goes into metal (NOT plastic!), apply a tiny amount of oil to the threads. This makes your work a lot easier. Have a nice weekend, Hans

Is this sold out too?

Hi Michio, nice videos! I have a little hint for you. If you slide small diameter soldering wire into the black tubes (slightly shorter than the tubes), you will no longer have any problems with kinking tubes.

TOTALLY! Sometimes these parts just straight up suck. I don't like filming them when they are this short, but I wanna show you guys all the parts! Thanks for sticking with me!

I love this build. DiAgostini has the best quality models. Large scale are the best for high levels of detailing. I will an that those three screws holding on the trunk floor are still a bit loose. They need to be tightened up so that the tire well doesn't move up/down from the main floor pan
@MichioMakes2 ай бұрын
Yep! I definitely tightened them. Thanks for watching!

yoooooooo love this just found about ur channel and i love it i just wanted to ask since its only available in Japan how do you get these ?
@MichioMakes2 ай бұрын
You can use a proxy service to get it shipped to you! Definitely makes it more expensive than if you lived in Japan, but since the yen is so weak, it basically offsets the cost of shipping!
@toyco_ch3 ай бұрын
I wish I'd been able to get this outside Japan. Was trying to order via forward2me, but it was only available in some regions of Japan too.

Glad to help!
@PsiFire12 ай бұрын
@@MichioMakes Got em all out. Extra tip is to soak in a lubricant/Penetrant of your choice, get em so you can ROTATE the injector in the cup of the rail FIRST, THEN try the 8mm socket to get em out.

Hey your videos are much better your building more and your talking still but at least your building too
@William_customz3 ай бұрын
Again what would make you get more views is if you would build more and you would fix your camera talk less and put your build in an angle wrre we see
@MichioMakes3 ай бұрын
Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate you watching.
@William_customz3 ай бұрын
What would really help your videos is it you would talk less and you would fix your camera settings cause it's annoying that you pause and fix it everytime like half of the videos is you fixing you camera or your talking like there's barely any building in a 40 minute video

Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate you watching.

This is a non-interference engine even though Haynes say otherwise. I broken 3 belts on my 2002 and never any valve damage.
@MichioMakes6 ай бұрын
The VG33E is indeed a interference type engine. I've heard many stories about guys going at speeds above 30mph and their belt breaking and the head getting damaged from it. The previous owner of my Xterra was just turning it over and died in a parking lot so no damage done.
@rickmartin216 ай бұрын
@@MichioMakes It's not. Just replaced my broken belt this past weekend. It broke at highway speed. Google it.
@rickmartin216 ай бұрын
Hmmm...every story I hear is how everyone must have been really lucky. I turned the crank on mine with no timing belt and there is no interference. Last 2 breaks at highway speed. Over 300K and runs perfect.
