honestly cant wait to maybe see a 2002 Busch Series from this guy, only for it to get probably delayed for the Piston Cup but at least we got a couple of races.

Now I just need to jump into modding. I want to make the local 1/4 mile oval and even its previous 1/8 mile setup from years back. And a few buddies race cars. And some of the wild bespoke pro modifieds that race there.

1/8th mile tracks don't work very well on nr2003 for ai cars. I made one and they bugged out. But 1/4 mile tracks work just fine. You should share what you make in the discord. I'd love to see it

It is 2024 and I am just now playing NR2003 for the first time...I remember playing NR4 lots on a friends PC back in the day though. My PC back then couldnt run it. Now, I am playing NR2003 on a Chromebook lol

@thegreatmikejonez I put Win10 on the Chromebook (not easy and don't recommend it to your average user), so I kinda cheated lol. It is a basic machine but great for all these older racing sims. GTR2, Race 07, Rfactor, Game Stock Car, Richard Burns Rally...all of them work great!

Man...NR2003 looks great though with just the DX9 add on. Full settings except shadows, 1366x768x32 73hz (overclocked the Chromebook's display from 60hz to 73hz). Also replaced the Wifi/Bluetooth with an NVMe SSD. I do have an actual desktop gaming PC and just got a free Thrustmaster T150.

Can I use gimp to edit a paint scheme from a mod someone made a small mistake on. It’s almost perfect, but the passenger side number is leaning the wrong way & my OCD rages every time I see it. My in game paint booth has never worked right. Thanks for any help
