@@bbs5400 make sure it's a thunderbolt usb c cable and that your laptop usb c port supports thunderbolt as well

@@techankhamun838 Thanks, much appreciated. I figured it out like 10 minutes after I made the comment. The issue is my laptop, not the display or the cable, my laptop doesn't support display, it's only a SuperSpeed port unfortunately, so I'll need both cables

Acer are unreliable garbage brand with 0 repair service where the mortherboard is broken right after the warranty after the noob who was supposed to repair it made it worse. Aand then... they ask you a repair price above the brand new Pc price. Absolute Scam!

I had an issue with it blinking RBG not even turned on and it would not boot. Dell replaced the motherboard under warranty and the next day in the middle of using it, it’s started blinking and shut off. Returning this PC immediately.

I am having the same trouble as you describe in getting the keyboard and mouse to pair. But you did not say how you overcame this problem.

I had noted a comment that the dongle is inside the mouse. It took me a while to realise that one needs to remove it from the mouse and put it into a usb slot in the back of the computer. Obvious really.
