Years ago just out of the intersection toward Red River on the right a lady had a restaurant in a little house. I was up there working for 17 weeks, it was sure good food. Met a lot of awesome people in the area. Think the house can actually be seen in the video if I remember correctly. There was also a nice young lady that worked at the little convenience store while there, but heard years later she had passed away from cancer still at a young age.

I think the rule of thumb is as long as you can keep your payments to 10% of your total monthly pay and your total vehicle expenses to 15% of your total monthly pay then you are in pretty good financial standing for getting anything in that price range. I needed to hear this. I've been fighting gastritis for five months, and sometimes fear creeps in about whether I will ever get better. Although I'm already about 90 percent improved, I realize I need to stop worrying about the future. It's important for me to refocus on my fitness goals, prioritize my health, and take care of my mental well-being. 🙏
